Rivendell Elf at Hobbiton X.

A world full of Hobbits, Dwarves, Elves,
Knights and Wizards: so is Middle Earth
described by J.R.R. Tolkien in "The Lord of The
Rings", not forgetting all his other books about
this magical world, from "The Silmarillion" to"The Hobbit". And this was the sort of encounters
a "wanderer" could face entering Hobbiton X, he
annual event (having his tenth edition in 2003)
devoted to the Middle Earth Wolrd and organized
by the "Societa' Tolkeniana Italiana" every year
in september, in order to celebrate Bilbo Baggins
birthday. Coming in you could come across all the
characters living in that wondrous world and
armored knights were around every corner, ready
to fight the evil Nazguls.
In this Magical World, Magic was personified
by some Trieste Magica Artists who, dressed in Middle Age outfit, did
a eight hour show with fantasy style magic effects. During the day
the audience saw the magic of (in alphabetic order): Alucard, darker
than ever, who frightened the audience with some cards depicting
bloody demons; Anthes, who astonished the audience with his magic
silver coins; Ghibli, who alternated Black Magic rituals and sharp
knives, and Xavian, who left the audience bewildered thanks to his
mind power. The audience, about 4000 people through the day and
coming from all over Italy and from bordering countries, appreciated
a lot the show, making Trieste Magica stand always full. |
